Frequently Asked Questions
When does food get delivered?
Meals, snacks, milk and extra bread are delivered to you fresh everyday Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm, during your business hours. The “everyday” schedule is as follows:
On Mondays, Monday Lunch & PM snacks are delivered along with Tuesday’s Breakfast, Lunch & PM snacks. On Tuesdays, Wednesday’s Breakfast, Lunch & PM snacks are delivered. On Wednesdays, Thursday’s Breakfast, Lunch & PM snacks are delivered. On Thursdays, Friday’s Breakfast, Lunch & PM snacks are delivered. And then on Fridays, only Monday’s Breakfast is delivered.
Will my price change during my first year with Daycare Fresh Meals?
No. The price we charge you for one year (52 weeks) will not change within any 52-week period, unless certain food plan changes are made by you that necessitate a change in price. Otherwise, the price we set with you at the start, will remain constant for 52 weeks and only be adjusted for inflation at the start of each new 52-week period that you continue with Daycare Fresh Meals.
Am I locked-in to a long-term contract with Daycare Fresh Meals?
No! You are never locked-in to a contract with us beyond a 2-week’s notice!

How many children are served meals each day by Daycare Fresh Meals?
We currently serve approximately 1,200 child students across 54 daycares & preschools.
What is your menu like?
Our menu rotates monthly and seasonally, so your students will not taste the same lunch again for at least 4 weeks. We provide a great amount of variety and our meals are not only delicious and nutritious, they are both USDA-approved and CACFP-certified.
Does milk come with Daycare Fresh Meals plans?
Yes! Both 1% and whole milk are already included in your plan’s package and are available for every meal and PM snack at no extra charge! This includes alternative milks due to dietary restrictions and allergies. Plus, extra bread is also included at no extra charge.
